The Pink Carpet event is not only a nod to BLACKPINK’s Coachella stage but also a unique and glamorous affair. Departing from the traditional red carpet, the group will make their entrance on an exclusive pink carpet, adding a special touch to the evening. The design of the stage, inspired by their Coachella appearance, features a sleek all-black setup that complements the vibrant pink theme, creating a visually stunning experience for attendees.
This celebration follows the global success of BLACKPINK’s BORN PINK world tour, which set records as the most-attended concert tour by a K-pop girl group. The tour's concert film, *BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR BORN PINK*, premiered globally on July 31, 2024, reaching 110 countries—a record for a K-pop girl group’s movie release.
The Pink Carpet event will be held at the CGV Yeongdeungpo SCREENX Theater in Seoul, starting at 7 PM KST (3:30 PM IST). Only 250 fans will have the exclusive opportunity to attend in person and interact with BLACKPINK’s Jennie, Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo. Although there will be no Q&A session, the members will take this chance to express their heartfelt gratitude to their supporters.
Additionally, BLACKPINK will host a fan sign event titled OUR AREA WITH BLINK on August 8, as part of their anniversary celebrations. This will be their first group appearance since November 2023, making it a highly anticipated event for fans.
